About Us

Casa Dolce dreaming...

Well the dream of Casa Dolce was developed in beautiful Italy where I was lucky enough to live for 3 years. 


During that time, I fell in love with the Italian way of life and above all else their outstanding food culture. There was a particular café/bar which I fell in love with called Pane e Tulipane, full of beautiful fresh flowers, vintage style décor and where I would sit sipping a Grace Kelly cocktail of an evening and think, ‘How amazing would it be to open somewhere like this in Glasgow one day?’ 


So with my love of baking and my dream of owning my own little café/bar in Glasgow, I plan to feed you all cake and make you happy!
